Code of Ethics for Practicing Ethical Management
We practice customer-centered management based on creativity and a spirit of pursuing challenge, and want to createa top-notch company that customers and partners want to do business with, that shareholders want to invest in, and that executives and employees want to work for.We are committed to contributing to the country and society in the 21st century. Accordingly, we have established this Code of Ethics as a standard for correct behavior and value judgment that all executives and employees mustpractice.
  1. 1. Ethics for customers and partners

    With customer satisfaction as our top management value, we will provide top-notch products and services that meet customers’ needs and satisfy them.

    We will maintain our partnership relationship through transparent and fair business dealings with our partners so that we and our partnerscan grow and develop together.

  2. 2. Ethics for shareholders

    We will secure shareholders’ trust through transparent and responsible management.

    We will increase corporate value through continuous management innovation activities and growth strategies.

  3. 3. Ethics for executives and employees

    We will make each employee feel proud and rewarded by respecting him/her as a human being and providing equal opportunities based on his/her abilities and qualifications.

    We will not discriminate among employees on the basis of education, hometown, gender, age, religion, etc., and will strive to improve productivity through mutual trust and cooperation and establish a progressive corporate culture.

    We will do our best to satisfy employees through adequate compensation and fair treatment based on their abilities and achievements.

  4. 4. Ethics for the nation and society

    As a company, we will upholdthe correct social values, comply with all laws and regulations of the country and society, and fulfill our social responsibilities and obligations.

    We will respect the traditions and culture of the local community and do our best for common prosperity and development as members of the local community.

    We deeply recognize that all mankind must preserve the environment forever, and will do our best to preserve a clean nature.

Code of Conduct for Practicing Ethical Management
  1. 1. I will abide bysound and fair tradingorder when dealing with customers.

    I will respect customers and fulfill my responsibilities and obligations for customer satisfaction.

    I will conduct all transactions fairly and in a partnershipbased onmutual respect

    I will not use my superior position to demand any form of compensation.

  2. 2. I will not engage in unfair practices with stakeholders in relation to my business.

    I will not make or comply withunfair requests in connection with business performance.

    I will not offer or accept any form of money, entertainment, or gift.

    I will not engage in financial transactions with stakeholders that may have an adverse effect onmy business.

    I will not use my position or job title to force the other party into an unfair contract.

  3. 3. I will protect the company's assets and information and will not use them for personal profit.

    I will not use company property for personal purposes unrelated to my work.

    I will not spread information that is different from the factsabout the Company.

  4. 4. By strengthening corporate competitiveness, we will realize
    customer-centered managementpractically.

    We will realize customer-centered management practically through fair work processes in each department, including quality, procurement, and sales.

    We will improve employee satisfaction through fair management of personnel affairs.

    We will create an organizational culture of mutual respect and trust by refraining from offensive words, action, mudslinging, and slander.

    We will break down the walls between organizations and create an atmosphere of mutual cooperation and respect.

  6. 6. We will do our best to preserve a clean environment.

    We will prevent environmental pollution and comply with relevant laws and regulations related to protection of the environment.

    We will eliminate waste of resources and will not take actions that violate environmental protection.

    To prevent environmental pollution, we will strive to develop and invest in technology thatprotects the environment, such as recycling resources and eliminating pollutants at the source.

  7. 7. I will realize a corporate culture that practices ethical standards.

    I will faithfully comply with the Code of Ethics as the standard for my actions and value judgments.

    If I become aware that my or another person's actions are in violation of the Code of Ethics, I will report the matterwithout any delay.

Report on ethical management violators(Sinmungo)
  1. The company maintains the confidentiality of reporters in good faith and does not impose any disadvantages in personnel matters or business relationships.

    If there is a risk that the reporter may suffer a personnel disadvantage, the company will make active efforts to change the position, etc., in consultation with the human resources department, according to the reporter's wishes.

    Reports on violations of ethical management can be made by e-mail, phone, or in writing, and are accessible only to the head of the Business Management Division and the CEO.
